Our client was remodeling the home her Mother grew up in, and wanted to honor the charm of the space, while bringing personality, functionality, herself into it. We incorporated her artifacts from around the world, and adding custom touches from an Authentic Moroccan Tile to a Beautiful Turkish Mirror.

Design + Organizing Projects are billed hourly, while Remodeling is a combination of hourly and Construction Cost + 20% Model.

That's totally up to you. The discovery call is a time for both of us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit for you and vice versa. Ask us anything, and we will be sure to answer honestly.
Project minimums are usually starting at eight hours with two organizers, but whether we are organizing one space or your whole home most projects we complete in one day! (maybe two!)
Sometimes orienting to your new space can make it hard to find things. We always do a tour when we are done and are just a text away when you can't find that one thing you're looking for.
Yes! No matter what you're doing in your home it's an investment. However, many of our clients are recovering from overbuying because they can't seem to make their room fit together, or they can't find the things the purchased because they aren't organized. Over time, if you love your space, you will spend less money and gain more time!
Book your discovery call, tell us about your project, and we will let you know if you need an architect. We do work closely with many architects in the SLC area, and oftentimes subcontract them ourselves.
If you want eco-friendly and sustainable materials, they are yours. We do like to warn clients that this can dramatically increase the price of your project. (EX: Flooring can become $15/sqft vs. $8/sqft.)
At Simply Sam, we have decided to not stick with one aesthetic, and rather bring our clients personality to life. However, we do air towards a modern vibe.
Absolutely! In fact, many of our clients just tell us what they want to be able to do in their space, and we do all the shopping, designing, and decorating. It’s what makes us a simple, full-service company.
We will definitely try! Often times, old pieces are more challenging to integrate and can make a space hard to pull together. We have done it before, but we like to prepare our clients for potentially starting from a blank slate.
